Successful and established State Farm agency, looking to add a licensed and experienced insurance professional to our close-knit team as we continue to grow.

In this Account Representative role, you will play a key part in delivering the remarkable experience that our customers rave about through a position that blends customer service, coverage reviews, and product conversations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive, professional service to new and existing customers across multiple channels
  • Answer coverage and billing questions, process policy changes, and resolve service requests
  • Conduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate products
  • Build rapport with prospective customers and gather information for quotes
  • Work with underwriting, service, and claims teams to resolve issues and advocate for customers
  • Contribute to overall agency growth through cross-selling and relationship building
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior insurance or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proactive work style
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with Windows-based systems and learning new processes
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Moraga office (full-time, in-office role)
  • Active insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain before start date, as applicable).
  • Candidates without an insurance license may still be considered if they have 5+ years of experience in a related or complementary field.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
